Habit Elimination Program
Oral habits may include, but are not limited to thumb/finger sucking, nail biting, pacifier use, sucking on blankets/collars, chewing on lips or cheeks, etc. Our rewards based program is geared for children 3-7 but can be adapted for children younger or older.
Buteyko Breathing Therapy
This program helps to slow fast respiration, increase oxygen to the body, and can help with a plethora of symptoms and conditions. Our staff have training through Patrick McKeown, a world leader in Buteyko Breathing therapy.
